"Summer Swan Song"
 

In early October, the autumn colors are beginning to show on the hillsides of the Keuka bluff...  even at dusk.   This painting was done from the docks in Branchport looking east toward the bluff.  The final light of the day was casting a rose pink tint.  It has been a warm day, but the chill of the early evening reminds one that it's almost time to put the boat away for the season.
