"Lucifer Below"
Lucifer Falls lives in Treman State Park just south of Ithaca. The hiking trail follows the gorge next to the river's vertical journey of several hundred feet.   The falls is divided into 3 or 4 sections which are quite impossible to view in their entirety from the hiking paths.  The summer is lush and cool  in this gorge.
