"Keuka Colors"
There is something about viewing a lake or any bright open scene from behind a dense stand of trees.   The contrast and colors that are offered tend to stagger my senses.   Here, the bluff dresses up in a distant blue while the afternoon foliage of October from the east side of Keuka Lake shows off its bright orange, greens, and yellows.   The lake is so bright and almost blinding with glare.   I'll just leave it white in my painting.
