The willows hold their summer and autumn colors longer than many of the other
deciduous trees. Their wind tossed leaves create a nice contrast with the rest
of the October foliage. This painting features docked boats on the Cayuga
Inlet and the distant hills of Ithaca as the secondary players to the willows.
